VZ61 USA uses three methods of product fulfillment: In-Stock, Pre-Order, and Purchase Ordering. In-Stock- These orders are the fastest, and will ship within 5 business days of placing the order. These items are in stock in the warehouse and ready to go. These have no label on the listing, but will simply state "In stock" during the product selection before adding to cart. Pre Order - Labeled in the Store as a "Pre-Order", these orders are a claim based, 'first come, first serve' type order where the customer pays for items in production. If there were 100 parts being made, the first 100 Pre-Orders would claim every item, and the window to order closes. Pre-Orders will take some time to process, and an estimated shipping date will be listed in the description. Purchase Order - Labeled in the Store as a "Purchase Order", these orders take 3-4 weeks to fulfill due to the process of running these items as custom orders. It simply takes time to produce specific quantities and color coat our parts before we can receive, QC, assemble, pack and ship them to you. Purchase Orders have no production limit, and parts are made specifically to the customers specifications. Purchase Orders can be made during Ordering Windows, which typically open for the first two weeks of every month. Once manufacturing and QC are finished, all Purchase Orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS, Tracked and Insured. If you have any questions please email us. All firearms orders must be completed with Federal Firearms License (gun store) contact information. In addition, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the gun store sends a copy of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) to VZ61US.com (Vanguard Arms LLC). We will not contact the gun store to acquire a copy of the FFL for You. Please ensure the FFL dealer references the purchaser’s name on the FFL copy. FFL dealers and C&R license holders can send a copy of their license by e-mail to: ffl@vz61us.com Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number at the email address that you provide during check-out. Transit times will vary depending on type of shipping service and location you choose. Before placing your order, please confirm that there are no legal restrictions for you to own firearms, magazines, parts, or accessories. Do not place an order with VZ61US.com (Vanguard Arms LLC) if you are uncertain of the legality of ownership in your state and/or city. In addition, ensure that you meet the minimum age requirement for owning a pistol or a rifle and that you are able to pass a firearms background check. If a person makes payment for firearms, magazines, parts, or accessories, and it is not legal for the buyer to possess, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus any costs associated with shipping.
